Wizart’s Collection.

Our collection features whimsical works of art in various mediums inspired by Wizart’s world of imagination. By purchasing a piece from our e-shop, you become a part of the movement, supporting the creative revolution to inspire change.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment via Credit card, MasterCard, and American Express as well as payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    On average, it takes between 7 to 11 days to fulfil and ship your orders.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    We currently do not support returns because the items you order are made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please report the problem within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include: - A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged. - Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging). The description and pictures are necessary to process replacement orders. We may ask you additional questions. We highly appreciate your input in answering all the questions and providing us with all the valuable pictures.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed, it is no longer possible to cancel it. We recommend double-checking all your details before purchasing.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your orders are marked as shipped, we will forward shipping information along with the tracking number. You can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and on the My Orders page if you have created an account with us.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We currently offer shipping for clothing in the following countries: Spain and the United Kingdom. We offer shipping for posters in Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom. More countries will be added soon!
  • Are the artworks sold on your e-shop signed by the artist?
    No. However, if you wish to have a signed artwork, please reach out on the about page and we’ll see what we can do!
  • Can I request custom artwork?
    We currently do not support custom artwork requests. This is something we are working on so please stay tuned!
  • How are the orders packed for shipping?
    We employ a variety of packaging methods tailored to the specific type of product and its destination country to ensure safe delivery. For posters up to A4 size, we ship them flat, ensuring they remain pristine during transit. Larger posters, exceeding A4 size, are carefully packed in triangular or rolled tubes, with the capacity to hold up to 5 posters per tube. When it comes to our apparel, we use recyclable and recycled materials, either in the form of plastic or kraft paper bags (the exact material may vary). These choices reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability. Note that we do not use tissue paper in the packaging process to minimize waste further. Our eco-friendly packaging solutions aim to protect your purchases while contributing to a more sustainable planet.
  • What is your approach to sustainability?
    Our production partner supports the UN Global Compact Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and works with over 150 production hubs to support local communities and reduce carbon emissions.
